Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
National Tuxedo and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please e-mail or write us with your complaint.

National Tuxedo Rentals owns this site. Within this site and these Terms, when we say “National Tuxedo” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean National Tuxedo Rentals. No material from this site may be sold, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, publicly performed, used in any derivative works based thereon or otherwise used for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written consent of National Tuxedo or, where applicable, our licensors. National Tuxedo grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not download (other than page caching) or modify it without express written consent of National Tuxedo. Changing the Content or using the Content on this site in any other way is a violation of our rights. The use of the Content on this site, without our written permission, on any other site or computer network is prohibited.

Improper behavior is prohibited

Such submissions or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to National Tuxedo or the sponsors, as appropriate, of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, National Tuxedo or the Sponsors will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. Applicable Law
Unless otherwise specified, the materials in this site are presented solely for the purposes of marketing National Tuxedo and its services, and assisting in the promotion of our client’s products and services that are available in the United States. We control and operate this site from our offices Austin, Texas, U.S.A. We make no claims that our content is appropriate for use outside of the United States. If you choose to use this site from outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or arising out of this site shall be resolved through biding arbitration using the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Austin, Texas and the resulting decisions may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction.
